- Council Conference Meetings and Council Business Meetings will both be held in the Municipal Building Council Chamber (Court Room) and will be open to the public. Council Conference Meetings will not be broadcast on Scotch Plains Television (SPTV). Council Business Meetings will be broadcast on SPTV.
- Council Executive Sessions will be held in the Council Conference Room located on the 2nd floor of the Municipal Building and will not be open to the public.
- Council Workshop Meetings (i.e. Budget) will be held in the Council Conference Room located on the 2nd floor of the Municipal Building and will be open to the public These meetings will be scheduled and advertised separately during the year by the Office of the Township Clerk.
